FLAC to ALAC transcoding

So with Plex now supporting direct play of ALAC audio, I'm wonder if theres an easy way to just have it transcaode FLAC to ALAC.

I've tried making changes to the tvOS profile, but no matter what it seems to just transcode FLAC to 192k aac instead.
