Hello, please can anyone/expert help.
I have recently purchased a Apple TV 4th generation to replace a 2nd generation unit (which worked fine). Whilst I can see the Plex server and the content, nothing will play, I just get a message which says 'couldn't create the playback session for this item'. However they will play in both iTunes and the play-able app.
The Apple TV is using tvOS 10.0 (14T330) and the Plex app version is 1.3.2 (3271). The Plex server 2.4.18 running on a iMac using OS X 10.6.8. All the files are MP4.
I have already tried many of the tips on the forum but without success.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
