When we listen music we only can switch tracks but no Fast forward possibility! I d'like to move on the Timeline!

Apple TV 4 Won't load
Anyone having issues after loading update Version 1.1.3.2700
I loaded it, turned Apple TV 4 back on and it has not worked since.
It says either Media server is Unauthorized or is offline.
It was working fine before and I have not altered any settings.

Can't install beta app
Is there something wrong with the beta app on testflight? I installed it earlier today and and it was a bum build as you guys quickly replaced it but I'm unable to install the new one.

[Enhancement] Change lyrics font color
Hi,
When playing live lyrics, the current line font is white, a little bit thicker than the other lines. It's difficult to distinguish it. Is it possible to change the font color of the active line?

ATV4 hang on every movie after 1 hr 30m !!
my atv4 stops playing every movie that is more than 2 hrs after watching a movie for 1 hour and 30 minutes approximately and I have to exit to the main menu and try to resume the playback which is sometimes fail!!
and I get (your connections is weak msg!!) after 15 to 20 mins of a movie!!
any known fix for this issue please?

Different subtitles size according to movies aspect ratio
Hi,
I noticed strange behaviour of subtitles when direct playing movies and TV shows on new Apple TV.
When I play fullscreen movie (fe. most of the TV shows) the subtitles has acceptable size for me. But when I play widesceen movies with black bars on top and bottom (well, most of movies of course has that aspect ratio) subtitles are smaller.
The same issue is happening with Plex app on iOS devices.
Well, on iPad i don't care so much as its quite easy to get it closer to my eyes. But on Apple TV I am sitting at the same distance from the TV whether I watch movies or TV shows :) And don't want to move with sofa :D
Is this a bug connected with Plex app using the native Apple player? Or it can be fixed by the PSM setting? I tried also change the subtitles in Settings > Accesibility on iOS and tvOS, but with no results. You can see the difference on both pictures attached (screenshots from iPad)
Of course, I can manually switch the subltitles size before watching movie or TV show in the Plex app but its quite irritating. Also its weird no one mention it on the forum yet.
Anyone please?

Can't play content from Ipad "needs update"
Trying to play content from Ipad on my appleTV and the AppleTV sees the Ipad but says "update needed". Checked the app store and there is no update for plex. Anyone else see this?

Manual Server IP
Now it is half a year ago and I can't see any progress on the feature to setup a manual server IP connection.
Since a half year now this is the only one announced feature which is planned to be included in future releases.
Why is it so difficult to implement this solution in AppleTV which is also available in iOS?
Why does this implementation takes so long time to be included? In your announcement nothing else was planned to be implemented in addition in the last half year!
Please enlighten us when this feature will be available, and please don't say "soon" because 6 month is enough I think...

Audio keeps stuttering
So I've been watching Various shows this evening and everything was fine, then all of a sudden I go to put a different show on and the audio is now stuttering non stop. It's dolby 5.1. I've tried restarting both iMac and apple tv and using simple x to no success. Any ideas?
ps. I have tried other files with AAC and they work fine, it appears to be only 5.1. This has never happened before though.

resource loader error - this message comes up very often on Apple TV4
"resource loader error" has been happening to me for months, and continues even today. Most times when I finish watching something before it goes back to "home" dashboard. But sometimes when I start to watch something; or I'll press pause and come back an hour later and it pops up the error; etc. etc.
Only solution is to force quit (double click home on remote, swipe up) then relaunch app. Sometimes that relaunch gives the error.
Server Version 1.1.3.2700; logged in to my premium account on the ATV.
HELP! It seems to have gotten worse. What can I try to do to fix this.

I can't consistently get to "reload" in the UI?
I try to slowly move up to "reload" and sometimes it does... but very infrequently. Most of the time, sliding up gets me to the "discover" etc. menu bar at the top.
How do I consistently get to the "reload" button?

Workaround for Plex not playing on IOS10 or TVOS10 from OSX El Capitan
Thought I'd post this in case others ran into this issue. Was infuriating but I found a workaround: -
Problem: Trying to play any video (tv, movie, trailer, extra, etc...) on Apple TV or iPhone running IOS10 and after a short while (spinning ball) trying to initiate playback nothing is played and the app reverts to previous screen.
Observation: the log file (~/Library/Logs/Plex Media Server/Plex Media Server.log) recorded the following event: 'ERROR - CERT: Error in TLS handshake: sslv3 alert certificate unknown'.
Workaround: From Plex Server choose Settings > Server > Network, and change 'Secure Connections' setting from 'Preferred' to 'Disabled' and Save changes. Retry and all works. :-)

Connect to local server without Internet

Firstly, etc start by saying that I am a huge PLEX fan particularly on Apple TV. I have one bugbear/ request though. Can you please provide the functionality to point to local PLEX servers without having to depend on an Internet connection..?

Resource loader error
Just got the app and I'm very underwhelmed. I have a remote sever running Version 0.9.12.18 on a very fast Mac Mini that has no problem serving content to other players. When I launch the app and log in to my primary user I get the following; Resource Loader Error. There was an error attempting to load a resource. I get this on every screen I navigate to. I've tried all the steps including uninstalling, re-installing, and a server reboot and app reboot. I have a 150mbps connection to my remote server and speed tests on the mini show I am getting a full 90mbps. Should be plenty for simply browsing my moderately sized library.

Resource Loader Error
I have been watching shows all day with Plex on my Apple TV and left for a few hours. When I try and launch the app, I continually get this error. The only way to get Plex to load is to restart the Apple TV.
Is there a setting I am missing that will let me open Plex?

Playlists not showing up
tvOS version: 9.2.2
Plex App version: 1.2.1 (2198)
Server: Synology DS415play
Server OS: DSM 6.0.2-8451
Plex Server version: 1.1.3.2700-6f64a8d
I've created 2 playlists on my server, 1 video and 1 music. Both are visible when I connect to my server in the Playlists section of library. However, on my Apple TV, when I go to Playlists on the top menu, all it says is "Nothing to see here".
I did a search for similar issues and someone reported this back in Oct, but most of the cause at that time seemed to be related to using "&" in the server name. My server is named AndersNAS, so there are no special characters.
I should also say that I can access and play both video and music fine. It's just Playlists that don't work.
